Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Certify, operated by Limebit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Certify provides scenario-based practice exams and certification preparation tools for engineers working with Claude and related AI technologies. We offer Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans as described on the pricing page.

Certify is an independent preparation and assessment platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” and related marks are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Magic link authentication is the only supported sign-in method — keep access to your email secure.

You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or use automated means to access the service outside of our published API.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce or redistribute practice questions or exam content outside the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest exam content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our scoring or access controls
  • Share your session with others to give unfair access to paid features
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual property

All exam content — scenarios, questions, rationales, domain blueprints — is owned by Limebit and protected by copyright. You may use it only within the platform for your own preparation. You retain ownership of any custom content your organization creates on Team or Enterprise plans.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro and Team plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Team seat billing adjusts at the next renewal cycle when members are added or removed. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately and governed by your enterprise agreement.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied, provided you have not completed more than two full practice sittings. Contact us at bolatan@limebit.org to request a refund.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will offer a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.

Exam content is updated periodically to reflect changes in Claude’s APIs and capabilities. Updated content replaces prior content without notice.

Disclaimers

Certify is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy of practice content relative to any third-party certification exam, nor do we guarantee any specific outcome from using the service. A passing score on Certify does not guarantee a passing score on any external exam.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limebit’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of Certify is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limebit is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
