FAQ
Is Free really free forever?
Yes. No credit card, no trial expiry. Free users get a genuine preview of every scenario — 5 questions each — with full rationale and scoring.
What does "5 questions (preview)" mean for Free users?
The real CCA-F exam has 60 questions across 4 scenarios (15 each). Free sittings use the same 4-scenario format but serve 5 questions per scenario so you experience the structure before committing.
How are Team seats counted?
Your first 5 seats are included in the $99/mo base. Each additional member adds $12/month. You can invite and remove members at any time; billing adjusts at your next renewal.
What are custom training scenarios?
Team and Enterprise admins can create org-private scenarios — your company's actual architecture challenges, custom Claude usage patterns, internal tooling questions. These appear alongside standard CCA-F content in practice sessions.
Can my team trial before upgrading?
Yes — everyone on your team can use Free to practice and see domain scores. Upgrade when you need progress visibility, analytics, and custom training content.
What does Enterprise isolation mean?
Enterprise orgs get a fully dedicated Cloudflare D1 database and worker deployment on a custom subdomain. No data co-mingling with other organizations — suitable for compliance-sensitive environments.
Do certifications expire?
Credentials are valid for 6 months and can be renewed with a re-sit. Your score history is always available.
